UX Strategy and Consulting

I help businesses define, refine, and optimize their UX strategies. By conducting user research, design audits, and usability reviews, I provide actionable insights to enhance product experiences. I collaborate with teams to identify pain points, map solutions, and shape product roadmaps that align with both user needs and business objectives.

About me

My path into product design is rooted in a desire to create meaningful, digital experiences. That passion became especially clear during my time at Northeast Community Clinic, where I supported my organization, whose mission was to be committed to providing healthcare to underserved communities. Their mission deeply aligned with my values, and it was there that I saw firsthand how design could make a real difference.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit and vaccine distribution became a top priority, I had the opportunity to help streamline the patient registration process for mass vaccination sites. I worked on designing a feature that helped connect vulnerable individuals to critical care quickly and efficiently. Seeing that work contribute to something so urgent and life-changing was a turning point for me. It was more than just a project. It showed me the true power of thoughtful, purposeful design in solving real-world problems.

That experience sparked a deep motivation to pursue product design as a career. I realized that I wanted to continue building tools and products that are not only functional, but that also solve meaningful problems and improve people’s lives.
